Instructions

  1. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise (Miracel Whip), lemon juice, salt and pepper into a sauce. Drain the asparagus and mushrooms. Cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces. Small cubes of celery and boiled ham. Roughly chop the eggs or cut into slices.
  2. Pour the sauce over all ingredients and mix loosely.
