Ingredients
- 200 g sour cream
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise (Miracel Whip)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 glass mushrooms, sliced
- 1 glass asparagus
- some celery, pickled (to taste)
- 150 g ham, cooked
- 6 hard-boiled egg (s)
- salt and pepper

- Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise (Miracel Whip), lemon juice, salt and pepper into a sauce. Drain the asparagus and mushrooms. Cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces. Small cubes of celery and boiled ham. Roughly chop the eggs or cut into slices.
- Pour the sauce over all ingredients and mix loosely.
