Mix the pudding powder with 45 g sugar and a little milk until smooth. Then make a pudding with the rest of the milk according to the instructions on the package.
Wash and peel the apples and cut out the core. Make a brew from water, 15 g sugar, cinnamon stick and lemon juice and steam the apples in it until soft.
Then divide the apples on 4 plates. Fill each with 1 tablespoon of cranberry jam, then pour equal parts of the pudding over the apples.
