Instructions

  1. First separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites into streaky snow. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, yolks, oil and water until frothy. Cut open the vanilla pod, scrape out the pulp and add to the batter. Now fold in the flour and baking powder. Finally, carefully fold in the egg whites.
