Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add the spices.
  2. Simmer for 5 - 10 minutes over low heat.
  3. Now add the milk, black tea and honey. Cut open the vanilla pod and add it as well. Let the whole thing stand for about 3 minutes.
  4. Then strain the spices and fill them into two cups.
