Vanilla Cinnamon Panna Cotta Instructions

  1. Mix milk and cinnamon in a saucepan and put on low heat. While stirring occasionally, bring to a boil.
  2. Cool to room temperature and remove cinnamon sticks.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  4. Mix milk with yogurt, add gelatin. Beat everything well with a whisk.
  5. Divide the resulting mixture between four forms, preferably plastic. Leave the jelly in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
  6. Remove the jelly from the molds and garnish with powdered sugar.
