- Mix milk and cinnamon in a saucepan and put on low heat. While stirring occasionally, bring to a boil.
- Cool to room temperature and remove cinnamon sticks.
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
- Mix milk with yogurt, add gelatin. Beat everything well with a whisk.
- Divide the resulting mixture between four forms, preferably plastic. Leave the jelly in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
- Remove the jelly from the molds and garnish with powdered sugar.
