Beat the egg whites with the whisk of a hand mixer until stiff. Also whip the whipped cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and then carefully mix the two together.
Fill glasses with the egg white-cream mixture, slowly fill up with the coffee and serve immediately. Sweeten with sugar to taste.
