Mix the quark with the vanilla yogurt, QimiQ and powdered sugar until smooth. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways, scrape out the pulp with a knife and stir into the curd mixture. Wash and clean the strawberries and puree them together with the vanilla sugar.
First pour a layer of strawberry puree, then a layer of vanilla cream and finally another layer of strawberry puree into tall dessert glasses and refrigerate until serving. Serve garnished with strawberries.
