With 2 teaspoons, place approx. 25 dough heaps on each tray (leave enough space) and flatten it a little with a damp teaspoon. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake the trays one after the other for 10-15 minutes. Place the biscuits on a wire rack with the baking paper and let them cool.
Tip: You can also form cams with 2 teaspoons and roll them in granulated sugar or brown sugar, then put them on the tray and bake.
