Instructions

  1. Put milk in a saucepan.
  2. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pulp. Put the pulp in the saucepan with the milk and heat on the stove.
  3. When the milk is warm, add sugar as you like, about 3 tablespoons and if you like it sweeter, take more.
  4. Do not boil the milk, just warm it up. The longer the milk draws, the better it tastes. (Possibly also cooled down in the refrigerator overnight.)
  5. Can be enjoyed warm or cold.
  6. The vanilla pod can be used further by placing it in a closed container with sugar. Don`t forget to shake regularly. Your own vanilla sugar is awesome.
