- 1 liter milk
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- sugar

- Put milk in a saucepan.
- Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pulp. Put the pulp in the saucepan with the milk and heat on the stove.
- When the milk is warm, add sugar as you like, about 3 tablespoons and if you like it sweeter, take more.
- Do not boil the milk, just warm it up. The longer the milk draws, the better it tastes. (Possibly also cooled down in the refrigerator overnight.)
- Can be enjoyed warm or cold.
- The vanilla pod can be used further by placing it in a closed container with sugar. Don`t forget to shake regularly. Your own vanilla sugar is awesome.
