400 ml milk
1 piece (s) ginger root, about the size a thumb
0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

Who doesn`t know the good old milk with honey that Mama gave when you couldn`t sleep.
Also promotes sleep, but tastes far better:
Cut the ginger into large slices and bring to the boil with the remaining ingredients. Don`t drain the ginger, leave it in the mug. Can also be refined with a dash of cream.
