- 1 banana (s)
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 400 ml milk
- some cinnamon powder for dusting

- Peel the banana and cut in half lengthways. Melt the butter in a pan. Put in the banana halves and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat. Mix the honey with the lemon juice and pour in.
- Heat the milk in a saucepan, but do not let it boil. Coarsely mash the banana with a fork and add to the milk.
- Mix well with the hand blender and pour into cups or glasses. Serve dusted with cinnamon.
