Ingredients
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 800 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon syrup (maple syrup)
- 6 tablespoon Nutella
- Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup cream
- 1 pack cream stabilizer
- 2 tablespoon chocolate flakes

- Halve the vanilla pod lengthways, scrape out the pulp, heat with milk, maple syrup, Nutella and a little cinnamon. Whip the cream with the whipped cream and the rest of the cinnamon until stiff. Froth the hot milk a little, fill into four glasses and serve decorated with cinnamon cream and chocolate flakes.
