Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 12 saffron threads, lightly pounded in a mortar
- 5 carnation (s)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon, ground
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon pistachios, finely ground (use almonds if necessary)

- Bring milk with saffron, cloves and cinnamon to a boil.
- After the milk has frothed, simmer for another 5 minutes over a low heat.
- Remove the milk from the stove and remove the cloves.
- Let the milk cool down a bit and stir in the honey.
- Pour the drink into large glasses and serve sprinkled with the pistachios or almonds.
