Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and scrape the pulp from the vanilla pod. Bring the cream, milk and the vanilla pulp to a boil in a saucepan. Mix the sugar with the egg yolks and the cornstarch and stir carefully into the boiling cream mixture. Bring to the boil once and pour through a sieve.
