Instructions

  1. Whisk some milk with cornstarch and egg yolk, bring the rest of the milk to the boil with vanilla sugar, sugar and a pinch of salt. Switch off the hob and stir the mixed cornstarch into the hot milk. Let simmer for half a minute. Let the vanilla sauce cool down.
  2. Stir the cooled vanilla sauce with a whisk and stir in the yogurt to taste.
