Ingredients
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 30 grams sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 15 g cornstarch
- 1 egg yolk
- Natural yogurt to taste

- Whisk some milk with cornstarch and egg yolk, bring the rest of the milk to the boil with vanilla sugar, sugar and a pinch of salt. Switch off the hob and stir the mixed cornstarch into the hot milk. Let simmer for half a minute. Let the vanilla sauce cool down.
- Stir the cooled vanilla sauce with a whisk and stir in the yogurt to taste.
