  1. Grind the grain as medium or coarse as you like and then soak it in a little water. The longer the soaking time, the more swollen the grain is. The shorter the soaking time, the more pithy the meal. Grate the fruit or cut it into pieces, depending on the type and taste. Mix the fruit and yoghurt (or other milk product of your choice) with the cereal and season with honey and lemon juice. Also tastes great with whipped cream.
