Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a metal bowl over a double boiler. In the meantime, put the other ingredients in a blender and puree until creamy. Put the melted chocolate in the mixer and puree everything again. Pour into a bowl or glass and chill for at least 30 minutes.
Enjoy cold with your favorite toppings.
Note: If you don`t have a good blender, you can replace the dates with date paste or maple syrup. You can get them at the greengrocer.
