Instructions

  1. First, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add soy milk and stir everything in either with the mixer or with a whisk. Peel, quarter and grate the large apple, cut the small apple into bite-sized cubes. Then add the apple mix to the batter. Then fry the dough in portions on medium heat with a little oil on both sides.
