First, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add soy milk and stir everything in either with the mixer or with a whisk. Peel, quarter and grate the large apple, cut the small apple into bite-sized cubes. Then add the apple mix to the batter. Then fry the dough in portions on medium heat with a little oil on both sides.
Tip:
To see if they are through on the inside, stick a fork in the middle and press a little on the pancakes. If the batter is still runny, it will take a little more.
You can vary the dough with different fruits and when Christmas time comes, you can also add cinnamon or more sugar, that`s entirely up to you.
