Instructions

  1. Bring the soy milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in the millet and bring to the boil briefly. Then simmer for about 30 minutes over medium heat until a porridge forms (if necessary, add a little soy milk).
  2. Season with agave syrup (alternatively cane sugar or sweetener) and cinnamon. Stir in the desiccated coconut. Serve with mixed berries.
