Trim and wash the broccoli. The stem is also used, but peel it well. Then chop with a food processor or medium grater. Then chop the cooked chickpeas in a food processor as well.
Now mix the broccoli, chickpeas, chickpea flour and all the spices together well. Press on the mass. If it is still too moist, add a little more chickpea flour.
