Instructions

  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut into slices. Cut the garlic clove into small pieces. Heat the fat in the pan. Fry the Brussels sprouts and garlic in it.
  2. Add coconut milk and season with curry powder, salt and pepper. Steam the Brussels sprouts until cooked and serve.
