Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Divide the cauliflower into florets and mix with 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, oil and salt in a bowl. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, until the cauliflower starts to soften.
Remove, mix in a bowl with the Buffalo Sauce and another 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and put back in the oven. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, until the edges turn brown and crispy. Anyone who has an oven with a grill can now switch it on.
