Instructions

  1. Cook the Canihua in the almond milk and agave syrup for about 15 minutes.
  2. Peel the apple and cut into wedges and, if necessary, roll it in a little lemon juice. As soon as the canihua porridge is cooked, if necessary, add some sweetening and then put in a small glass. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon cherry compote and apple wedges.
