Mix the cauliflower briefly in a multi-chopper, if you prefer it more chunky, or puree it finely with the hand blender.
Put the cauliflower with oat flakes, custard powder, protein powder, vegetable milk, salt, flavdrops, vanilla and Xucker Light in a saucepan and stir. Then heat and simmer for a few minutes while stirring. Finally stir in the soy quark.
Place the cauliflower pudding oats in a bowl and top with fruit.
