Instructions

  1. First soak the dried fruits with a little water.
  2. Roast the nuts in a pan without fat.
  3. Put all ingredients in a bowl and puree to a creamy purée.
  4. Serve the mousse with seasonal fruits.
  5. Tips:
  6. If you want the mousse a little looser, you can whip cream (also vegan cream) and fold in.
  7. You can also soak the dried fruits in some rum and you have a completely different dessert.
  8. Chopped mint under the chocolate mousse is also delicious.
