- First soak the dried fruits with a little water.
- Roast the nuts in a pan without fat.
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and puree to a creamy purée.
- Serve the mousse with seasonal fruits.
- Tips:
- If you want the mousse a little looser, you can whip cream (also vegan cream) and fold in.
- You can also soak the dried fruits in some rum and you have a completely different dessert.
- Chopped mint under the chocolate mousse is also delicious.
