Mix 100 ml of water with the yeast. Melt the margarine in 150 ml of water, the mixture should only be lukewarm. Knead all ingredients into a nice yeast dough and let rise for about 2 hours.
Then roll out the dough into a rectangle, brush with neutral oil and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll up tightly from the short side and place the roll in a loaf pan. Let rise again for 30 minutes.
