Mix all ingredients together except for the margarine, then add the melted margarine. Should the margarine form lumps, heat everything slightly while stirring and allow to cool down a little.
Then pour the mixture into the ice cream maker. If you put the mixture in the freezer, mix every half to an hour until the desired consistency is achieved.
With the vanilla sauce powder you can no longer taste the soy milk, with even more margarine the ice cream becomes creamier.
