Instructions

  1. Mix bananas, cinnamon, almond flour, protein powder and soy quark in a blender to a creamy mass. Pour the nice cream into a bowl and place in the freezer for 4 hours.
  2. Wash, clean and slice the fig. Also cut the gingerbread into pieces and crumble the speculoos.
  3. Top the nice cream with fig slices, gingerbread and speculoos.
