Ingredients
- 1 ½ large banana (s), peeled and frozen
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
- 10 g almond flour, alternatively almonds, round
- 1 tablespoon protein powder, vegan, e.g. rice protein powder
- 50 g soy quark (quark alternative)
- 1 fig (s)
- 2 gingerbread, vegan
- 1 speculoos, vegan

- Mix bananas, cinnamon, almond flour, protein powder and soy quark in a blender to a creamy mass. Pour the nice cream into a bowl and place in the freezer for 4 hours.
- Wash, clean and slice the fig. Also cut the gingerbread into pieces and crumble the speculoos.
- Top the nice cream with fig slices, gingerbread and speculoos.
