Mix the chia seeds with the coconut milk or almond cream and set aside briefly.
In the meantime, put the spinach in a saucepan and let it thaw over low heat. If fresh spinach is used, chop it if necessary and steam it with a little water. Cut the room garlic into small pieces or dice half a clove of garlic very small.
Add all ingredients including the soaked chia seeds to the spinach and let cook briefly.
