Ingredients
- g 1,000 spinach, youn, frozen or fresh
- 1 teaspoon, leveled soup spice
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper, white
- 2 pinches nutmeg
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 130 ml coconut milk or 100 almond cream
- 3 leaves room garlic or 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- Mix the chia seeds with the coconut milk or almond cream and set aside briefly.
- In the meantime, put the spinach in a saucepan and let it thaw over low heat. If fresh spinach is used, chop it if necessary and steam it with a little water. Cut the room garlic into small pieces or dice half a clove of garlic very small.
- Add all ingredients including the soaked chia seeds to the spinach and let cook briefly.
- Tastes better than the famous creamed spinach with the blubb.
