Peel and press the garlic and onion or cut into fine cubes. Wash and grate the carrot.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Put the oat flakes, hemp seeds and green spelled meal in a multi-chopper and grind briefly. Put the grist in the pan and roast for a few minutes, then add the vegetables and spices and fry with them. Then deglaze everything with enough water and simmer for approx. 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has almost evaporated and the mass has a solid, porridge-like consistency, add water if necessary. Finally stir in the yeast flakes and hemp protein powder.
Pour the mass into a suitable container. The spread can be kept in the refrigerator for over a week.
