Put oatmeal, water, soy milk and three stevia pills (you can of course use sugar, honey or sweetener) in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat and add the berries and cinnamon. Let simmer until a firm, but still mushy mass is formed.
Prepare the fruit as you like, cut it into small pieces and distribute it on the porridge. Put a dash of syrup on top - the porridge is ready.
The porridge is very nutritious and will fill you up for several hours. In addition: it is cheap and healthy. If you want it to be even healthier, leave out the syrup and don`t use any sweeteners or white sugar.
