Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Then slowly stir in the soy milk until you have a smooth batter. Let it swell a little and, if necessary, add a little more soy milk.
  2. Let the oil get hot in a pan. Shape the dough into balls with wet hands, press them flat and pour them into the hot oil. Fry brown on both sides for a few minutes.
