Mix and chop all ingredients in the food processor until a creamy mass is formed.
Pour the mixture into a bread pan that has previously been lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes (browns slightly).
Then take the banana bread out of the baking pan, turn it over and bake for another 30-35 minutes without the baking pan.
You can mix it with blueberries or cranberries, for example, it also tastes delicious and is a good variation.
