Instructions

  1. Wash the lentils and simmer in a saucepan with water for about 15 minutes. Then drain the lentils and wait until they are lukewarm.
  2. Cut the onions and leeks into small pieces and fry them in a pan with a little oil. Add to the lentils. Add the finely chopped ginger, pepper, salt, curry and some chili powder.
  3. Knead everything together and add a little flour until everything combines into a uniform mass. Finally add the chopped parsley and peas.
  4. Shape the mixture into small lentil patties and fry them on both sides in the pan with a little oil.
