Instructions

  1. Soak the lentils if necessary. Peel the carrots and cut all solid ingredients (apart from the lentils) into small cubes.
  2. Heat a little oil in a saucepan, first let the onion become translucent, add the tofu and roast, then add the carrots and lentils. Let everything add a little while stirring constantly, this gives a nice aroma. Deglaze with soy sauce and add water. Now, depending on the instructions on the packaging, let the lentils simmer. For me about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally so that nothing burns.
