Knead the dough again and roll it out on the work surface. Mix the sugar and cinnamon. Brush the dough with oil and spread the sugar-cinnamon mixture on top. Then roll into a sausage, cut into approx. 3 cm thick slices and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
