Instructions

  1. Finely grind cashew nuts and mix with the rest of the ingredients in a blender to a smooth mass.
  2. Transfer to a small saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Keep stirring until a thick cream has formed.
  3. Remove from heat and pour over pizza, lasagna, casserole or other oven dishes.
