Put all the ingredients for the dough in a key. Mash the banana with a fork and mix with the remaining ingredients to form a homogeneous and sticky dough.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and use a spatula to smooth out the dough into a round flat cake about 5 mm thick. It helps if you moisten the dough scraper in between. Bake the dough for about 10-15 minutes.
