Instructions

  1. Put the oat flakes and the banana in pieces in a bowl.
  2. Pour the almond milk and the water into the bowl and stir the pudding powder to dissolve well. Then put the milk in the microwave at approx. 700 - 800 W for 5 minutes. Halfway through, stir the pudding again and put it back in the microwave for the rest of the time.
  3. Now take the pudding out of the microwave (caution: hot!) And stir again until the consistency is right. Add frozen blueberries (or other berries). These thaw out relatively quickly as the pudding is still quite hot.
  4. Then add other ingredients as desired. In this case, I opted for puffed quinoa because it gives the dish a certain bite. I also opted for walnuts, cocoa powder, flax seeds and cashew butter. Cinnamon and flavdrops to taste.
  5. Super fast, delicious and healthy!
