Bring 3/4 of the almond milk to the boil. Mix the remaining ingredients with the rest of the milk with a whisk. While stirring constantly, add the mixture to the milk on the stove and let it simmer for about 1 minute. If you want the pudding to be more liquid, use a little more milk.

The coffee tastes slightly like caramel in the pudding.
