Clean, peel and cut the kohlrabi into very small cubes. Finely grind the cashew nuts.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the kohlrabi cubes. Deglaze with vegetable stock and simmer for about 10 minutes until the kohlrabi are soft. Stir in the ground cashew nuts, season and simmer gently. Add more water if necessary.
Stir in black clover and yeast flakes to taste and serve.
