Instructions

  1. Cook the quinoa in 100 ml vegetable stock until all of the vegetable stock has boiled away. Meanwhile, dice the tofu, fry in a little olive oil and season, then add the peas, fry briefly.
  2. Finally add the quinoa and herbs. Serve with a salad!
