Instructions

  1. Are you looking for a quick vegan dessert? Try my vegan semolina pudding - a fine and very fixed affair.
  2. Heat the coconut milk with the sugar in a saucepan. As soon as the milk is heated, add the semolina. Let everything soak for five minutes.
  3. Garnish the raspberries directly from the freezer over the semolina.
  4. Briefly toast the coconut flakes in the pan and decorate the semolina with them.
