Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into the desired shape and marinate in the soy sauce. Mix the flour with sugar, salt, approx. 90 ml water and spices to form a dough. Crumble the cornflakes into small pieces using a glass bottle or a rolling pin. This is best done in a freezer bag or something similar.
  2. Turn the marinated nuggets first in the batter and then in the cornflakes. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the nuggets for about three minutes.
  3. Depending on the intended use, the recipe is suitable for one or two people.
  4. Tip: It also tastes very good if you add sesame to the cornflakes.
