Instructions

  1. Mix the sambal oelek with a little water in a small baking dish and season a little. Then peel the carrots, cut into slices and place in the baking dish. Also cut the zucchini into slices and pour them nicely over the carrots. Clean and halve the mushrooms, pour over the zucchini (if necessary, quarter them for larger pieces). Season a little more (for those who like it spicy).
  2. Chop the onions into half rings and spread over the mushrooms. Pour the tomato sauce over it. Now remove the stalk from the chicory and peel off the individual leaves. Cut lengthways and overlap the vegetables.
  3. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C (top / bottom heat) and cover the vegetables in the oven for about 30 - 40 minutes. Then cover and reduce the heat to 150 ° C. Leave in the oven for another 5 - 10 minutes.
  4. Since this dish is completely fat-free and the ingredients have very few calories, it is ideal for a diet. I recommend turkey for food combining. I don`t eat anything with it, but I also season it with a finely chopped hot chilli pepper.
